Bottom bracket issue - Video

Hi there.

New member trying to perform maintenance on his ~3000 miles ~08 Trek Pilot 5.0.

Just received my Park Tool stand, and noticed that my bottom crank is squealing a bit; had never noticed it while riding.

Upon inspection, I also noticed that there are in fact two rotating parts; the bearings themselves and what looks like the actual housing. Furthermore, these moving parts aren't coordinated or moving freely.

What should I do? Lube or replace everything? What tools will I need?

Thanks.
Yan
