I'm trying to help someone locate 30 more of this assembly. I (they) don' t know the name of the item, and they don't know which bike shop where they bought their entire stock of 6, either.
The bottom image shows the true colors. The cable entry is about 1/4", and the machined compound flat/round section on the left is also about 1/4".

1. Where can I buy 30, shipped overnight for arrival Tuesday morning in Brooklyn?
2. What's the correct name of this part?
3. Who makes it?

Thanks for any info you can provide.

Lex

I believe it's a brake housing stop (or cable stop), but I'm not sure where you'd pick that particular model up.

thethirdhand.com and bicycletoolsetc.com are both good sources for small parts. I'd search their sites for "cable stop" or "barrel adjuster."

Good luck.

But if you find one...let me know. I'm in the market for one as well.

Found the little sucker!

1. You should be able to buy 30 from bikepartsusa.com. See below:

http://www.bikepartsusa.com/product_...tml?p=01-77827

2. They are called Pyramid, Barrell Adjusters, with Anchor.
3. I believe, as the name implies, that they're made by Pyramid.
