Bottom Bracket Tool Needed.....
 

I'm removing the bottom bracket from an early '90s Mercier Galaxy road bike, but don't recognize the spline pattern on the cups. Here's a pic:

It has 16 splines, three smaller to one larger. I've checked all the usual sites (except Park Tool, which has been down all day). Any direction will be much appreciated.

I do not recognize that off-brand bottom bracket cartridge, but if you count the wide splines as two, you end up with 20, the same number as a Shimano cartridge. Chances are the Park Tool BBT-22 will fit.
