gran compe levers

I accidentally removed the return spring on one of my Dia Compe Gran Compe aero levers. My infamous lack of dexterity over the years has netted me the nickname "Mittens". Anybody out there have any tips on replacing this thing? I can see clearly how it needs to go back, but believe it will take me hours to do it, IF I don't first lose the screw.
Thanks.

I still have some AGC levers. I'll take a look tomorrow and see if I can help.

OK, turns out it's so easy you could probably do it with real mittens on.

On the back (toward bar) side of the fulcrum pin (opposite the philips screw that holds the spring) is a small Allen set screw. I believe it's a 1.5 or 2mm. Loosen that screw enough that you can push the pin across and out. Remove the lever. Attach the spring using the philips screw. Now push the lever on catching the leg of the spring, align the the pivot pin, and push it pack in. Finish by tightening the Allen screw to keep the pin in place. Now you can remove the mittens.

BTW- I see you're in Merida. In case you happen to know Jaun Yapur, give him my regards. He'll know me as Francis from Cozumel, or as the Chain-L guy.

Thanks loads, FB,
In my case the set screw appears to be a slotted screw. I know of Juan's blog, Yapurlandia, but don't think I know him personally, though we may have met. He hangs with the racing crowd, and I have yet to commit myself to that line of riding.
