how to use this pc linkage device?
 

i just bought this sm-pce1 from lbs, but unfortunately there is no manual how to use it.
can someone help me here?

Did it not occur to you that something purchased from a retail shop should come with instructions for it's usage? Try asking the shop to check to see if they have another with instructions. If it was a demo I would think they at least could have told you how to find instructions: A Google search for sm-pce1 manual or instructions would have yielded this: SM-PCE1 - Shimano. Considering the prices of that item and the huge price of Shimano electronic shifting system I would expect more support from the shop.
