BB question - square taper & newer BB30 or GXP

Hello,
I have a Independent Fabrication Club Racer (older model , may be 1999/2000) with Square taper crank set. I would like to use a Sram Red crank set with GXP.
Will the GXP BB fit in the BB socket ?

Thank you very much.

I am 99% sure it will. GXP comes in the standard British 68mm dimensions. See https://sheldonbrown.com/cribsheet-bottombrackets.html

Caloso,
Thanks a lot, I have to admit that I really don't know how to ready Sheldonbrown website since there are so many information in there.
I will go ahead and get the Red Crank with GXP.
