Never-Seize OK for spoke nipples?
A product I encountered in the chemical industry is called "Never-Seize." It is a mixture of powdered aluminum in a medium oil. It is used as a thread coating in a variety of applications to prevent rust or friction seizing. It seems that this would be a useful bicycle accessory on such things as stem binders, crank fixing bolts, spoke nipples, and perhaps even seatposts. Other than being somewhat messy if you get it on you, is there any reason not to try this?
Thanks!

Well you could try it, the reason many of these "spoke specific" products exist is because they also lubricate at the same time. And they act as a mild loctite.

Absolutely. I use it on seatposts, all threadings, anything that gets stuck.
This one of those things that everybody assumes you know.
