Rigid fork for Stumpjumper

Hey guys, need some help here.
I currently ride a 1993 Stumpjumper FS M2 fitted with original Futureshock susp. fork. I'm thinking of a rigid fork for it. What would be a suspension-corrected fork with an axle to crown that fits that?

Cheers.

Some here will say that you could measure the one you have, but that's impossible.

No rulers in the High Plains?

Hello, Bandure. Welcome to bikeforums.

The surest bet would be to measure the original fork if you hae it; Spesh offered a lot of different FutureShocks over the years. Being from 93, it's probably @ or >80mm travel; 410mm-420mm would probably do the trick. But, to be honest, a quick measurement will beat my educated guesses every time. :)

You'll never guess why.

95 was 413 probably 40mm, max 43mm rake. 93 was probably the same with 1" headtube.
