New tyres
After done replacing the new tyre, i started to inflate them, at first there was the "pop" sound that indicates the bead is seating and after continue inflating, there's a sound like the friction when you rub your hand on the ballon, afraid that I might explode or something, i stopped pumping the tyre. Is this normal to happen ?

I don't know but, if it was my bike, I'd deflate the tire and start over. It may just be the inner tube repositioning itself inside of the tire but I've never heard noise when it did that.

Put some Baby powder on the tube and start over.
I had some problems yesterday mounting tight tires onto a 700 rim.

+ 1 on the baby powder. It lets the tube slide into position inside the tire. Personally I use baby powder, then inflate the tube to half pressure, let the air out again, and then infalte to full pressure. This seats the tube without stress areas inside the tire.

I have caused a flat because the tube did not shift into position correctly. :-/ I now inflate a bit less than half and press on the tire all the way around to ensure the tube is in place correctly.

Perhaps the rims are designed to use "tires" instead of "tyres"?

Coco powder works also, if the baby hasn't popped out yet. Either way, make sure the tube is in straight, even, and not pinched (all the obvious things) before inflating.
