Interesting Campy compatibility combination.

While cruising this site; http://www.ctc.org.uk/cyclists-libra...gears/shimergo I see Campy 10 speed shifters along with old style Campy RD will index with Shimano 10 speed cassettes. If this indeed works it opens up some possibility's for me. I particularly like a 14-25 - 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 25. Any have any real feedback on this combination?

I've been trying to pick up an 8/9 speed derailer for this purpose too but so far no luck.

I have the derailleur, to facilitate getting the shifters I would probably have to sell the Record 8 speed shifters I am currently using with it. I suppose it's a good thing Campy 8 speed brings good money these days.
