Shimano Tourney ST-A073 3 x 7-Speed STI

I want to be able to use STI, instead of downtube levers on my older Bianchi Nunvo Touring

How are the Shimano Tourney ST-A073 3 x 7-Speed STI. I have not seen them, but price looks good to accomplish my goals. Will I also need to purchase the group set derailleurs, or will my older ones work?
