Hi, my tires are Bohle Trail Trax, 26" x 2.25".

I have a 26 x 1.75 spare, will that fit my wheels?

I need to buy one if that doesn't fit so incase I get a flat I can change it when I go trail biking next week.

Assuming it's the same kind of valve - yes it will fit. A slimmer tube in a wider tire usually means easier mounting. OTOH it also means that the tube will have to stretch more to fill the tire, and the thinner rubber will (in theory at least) make the tube a little less puncture resistant and make it lose air a little faster.

If that's what you have - use it.
If you're looking to buy, get another one.

Is that a spare tire or tube? Tubes usually have a range on them and will even work ok slightly outside the range.

If it's a tire it should fit on your rim. 1.75 is kinda skinny for serious trail riding but ok for mellow trails.

As for spare tubes to take with I go a little skinnier cuz they're smaller thus easier to carry in a seatbag. I rarely take spare tires but will take a sub 500 gram 1.95" if going on a long remote trail. I just ordered some 345 gram knobbies so they'll be my first pick for backups now.

Should fit, i had an MTB converted to hybrid by just changing the tire from stock (not sure how wide, maybe 2.125") to 1.5". Stock wheels.

A smaller tube in a bigger tire increases your risk pf pinch flats but otherwise the only real concern is trying to fit a Schraeder valve tube into a Presta valve rim. You can use a Presta valve tube in a Schraeder drilled rim if you have an adapter bushing.
The only other gotcha I've seen is decimal size 26" tires (i.e 26x22.5) versus fractional size (i.e 26x 1 1/2) since the bead and rim diameter are actually different.
