Full suspension with full rear lockout?

I ride a full suspension mt bike. High end, Rocky Mountain Element, love it
i like to ask though do any of the more higher end Full suspensions come with a way to fully and easily lock out the rear suspension with a flick of a switch?

what brands do this and example of bike please

Remove rear shock, insert piece of Wood .

May want to try the Mountain Biking forum; they'd have more experience overall with rear suspension.
