Name plate for 05 Madone 5.2 Ultegra STI Dual levers

Hello. I am currently riding a 2005 Madone 5.2 with stock Ultegra STI Dual control brake/shift levers (9 speed). The name plates on these levers are missing (most likely from bike being dropped by previous owners). I am looking to order the replacements which range in price from $13 - $20, but am not sure which model of brake levers that were stock on this bike. When searching, there are many to chose from (ST 6500, 6510, 6500, RT 600, RT 700, etc). Any idea which model was stock on this bike?

Thank you very much for your help!
