2008 Trek Portland - component compatibility

Hey, guys, looking for some help with my 2008 Portland.

I have a Shimano 105 component set:
Front triple is 50/39/30;
Cassette is a 12-27 10-speed

I need some help with the rear derailleur. Will the Shimano RD-5700 GS be compatible my bike? Also, will the Shimano CS-5700 Cassette be compatible in this set-up? I'm having a hard time figuring out the math, so some tips might be helpful there, too.

I appreciate your time and thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Jon
