Shimano Nexus 7-speed lever

Hi, is Shimano Nexus 7 (SG-7R46) compatible with some Shifter/Brake Lever Combo i.e. Shimano EF51?

To my knowledge (which isn't expert on Nexus) the Nexus system isn't compatible with any of the derailleur system levers. But a quick glance on this page of the Shimano site shows a number of shift/brake lever options made for Nexus. So you can get what you want, which I believe to be the SB-7s45
Chain-L site
