retro drive mount

Does anyone know where i may find a jockey wheel mount for a retro drive function bicycle?

Not sure. How does a "retro drive function bicycle" differ from other types of bicycles?

Do you mean a retro-direct bike? I have only seen one and have to say that the concept is quite weird. 2 gears with low activated when you pedal backwards. If this is what you have, are you restoring or trying to recreate a modern version?

If it's a retro-direct the OP has his work cut out for him. IIRC, those need a special double freewheel with one cog ratcheting in one direction and the other ratcheting in the other direction.

My parents noticed this kind of mechanism in widespread use, in China.

Yes retro direct is what im looking to build. If anyone knows how to build one, i'm looking for a bracket to mount the jockey wheel to reverse the action. And actually ive been able to build a functioning retro direct pilot to prove concept using a standard bottom bracket shell and two freewheels. Any advice on where i could find a bracket to mount the jockey wheel?

I suspect you'll probably have to fabricate one yourself.

Not that tough. Sheet metal, mounts on BB. Tools: hacksaw, drill.

Some pictures of your progress would be appreciated. Thanks

I'll post some pictures. I do have a video of a proof of concept. I"ll post that from my phone soon
