red to red 22

If I want to change out my red group to an 11 speed, would I have to change my crank? I know I will on the shifters FD RD and hub, but wasnt sure if there was a difference on the crank, or maybe just new rings I could get etc?

Bikes: too many bikes from 1967 10s (5x2)Frejus to a Sumitomo Ti/Chorus aluminum 10s (10x2), plus one non-susp mtn bike I use as my commuter

The 11s version of the cranks might have slightly less chainring separation, but I can't imagine that it's enough to warrant changing. As a frame of reference an 88s chain is about 0.4mm narrower (outside) than a 10s, so the rings might be as much as 0.2mm closer together, not exactly earth shaking.

I bet you'd never notice. You probably don't need a new FD either, unless you want everything to be matchy matchy.
