Spring Coil Help

My spring coil is becoming bad, where can I buy new ones for $20-$50? Or even air shock absorbers..

A spring shop?

Springs don't generally tire or wear. If the spring on a spring shock is shot, odds are that there's much more wrong so it might make more sense to replace the fork (or rear shock).

How can you tell?

A lot of shocks depend on elastomeric (rubbery plastic) cylinders internally for shock absorption. These age and get stiff
and may be replaceable. They, in theory, would be available in different degrees of stiffness when new (called durometer)
for different weight riders, but good luck finding a replacement.

A little more info please. Make, model, bike used, rider weight etc. For a front fork or rear suspension?
