Suntour SR M2025 fork leaking grease

I've had this trek for about a year now and it hasn't seen all that much action. It sat in storage most of last year except for a couple of outings to the local state park for some pretty casual mountain biking, nothing serious. This year I started riding it about 2-3 miles a day to class and the other day I noticed some grease leaking out of the bottom left side of the front fork. I'm more of a car guy myself so I don't know much about bikes specifically, but I was wondering if this was something that I needed to either fix myself or take it in to be fixed. For all I know it could also be normal. I've attached some pictures to better explain what I mean. Google turned up a bunch about leaking oil, but this is grease, not oil.

Here is the right side for comparison.

Bikes: too many bikes from 1967 10s (5x2)Frejus to a Sumitomo Ti/Chorus aluminum 10s (10x2), plus one non-susp mtn bike I use as my commuter

Is the fork missing the screw that belongs at the bottom?

If so, you're seeing the effects of gravity. All the pounding and bouncing settles grease to the bottom of the struts. If you have an open hole down there, it'sll extrude out the hole.

It does to be missing a screw to me, just wasn't sure if that was supposed to be some kind of a vent hole there and it was some sort of normal seepage. I guess i'll run it down to my local bike shop and see what they say.
