Great work getting back into the swing, Hondo!

May I ask what precipitated the long break from cycling, tho? Sorry if I am being too personal or whatever, but I feel I am missing something.

Oh man, eleven hand operations and counting is crazy. I’m very sorry to hear that.
I can commiserate. Had to have major surgery on my wrist after partially severing it. Was young, full of sass and vinegar and could lick twice my weight in bobcats at the time but the recovery was still a long and winding road.
I hope it is your off-hand rather’n your dominant hand.
And, as much as it must suck, it sounds pretty bad-ass.
”I got it from too much reaving back in the day.”
”It’s not so bad most of the time. Except during the full moon when I’m prone to bouts of berserker-rage.”

Looking forward to your full recovery.

Yes, but no matter hot and muggy as it gets, ice cold beer stays exact the same temperature.

Getting hot and muggy. Summer is here nothing but routine rides and routes, getting bored. If this pandemic BS ever settles down I want to ride The Katy in Missouri or the GAP in Pennsylvania. Summer 2020 looks shot. All concerts and events are moving to 2021 and if college football gets canceled I think I will move to the planet Mars.
"Guards, seize him!"

You got a trip west planned this year? I'm pretty sure it's not hot and muggy in Portland right now. When I lived up there, I recall May was always the greenest month. The green up there was just unbelievable. But it can get very hot up there too, especially when you have such long days this time of year.

The legs on that mouse are big ... like Texas. Are you sure that's not some kinda fancy-assed kangaroo rat?

Hope you can get that Cannondale on the road soon, that's a really nice-looking frame.
