Gas Fumes Cause Aggressive Stupidity?

Tens of thousands, slaughtered on the altar of the ICE, and the cagers roll blissfully on....

Started the morning ride with a McMotorist Combo: N.C. tags, blasted through the red lighted crossing with me in the other half . You came all the way from another state to shove a phone in your ear, a McMuffin in your mouth and your head up your colon.... Rainman, you ain't a good driver....

In addition, 3 dead red runners and 7 failures to yield, including "Richard Dooly" sitting his fat arsed Ford xx00 in the middle of the crossing....

Just a bunch of barely concious gastards today....

Be careful out there, folks are down on all fours (wheels) and not paying attention!

Started out with a McMotor (McMurder?) combo at the same Church St. MUP crossing.... (Motorhead)"Hey, can I get (hit) a cyclist with that?" Sure, you're distracted, just say you didn't see him....

Rest of the trip was 4 failures to yield (again, friends, be careful: all gasaholics see is a green light and the bumper in front of them... or their cell phone. The crossing signal and you DO NOT equate to importance in their fumed minds....)
3 Red Runners. One was actually honking and screaming at the car in front of her that ACTUALLY STOPPED before making a right hand turn.

New cyclists are funny: today was a kid and later a man on terribly small bikes for their size. Weaving all over the place. Good communication and a slow roll cleared the problem.

Overall, weather hot (the all day rain is nowhere in sight), ride cool....

Good ride today, toward the west. Recycled and no problems on the MUP.

Yesterday, no ride. Today 4 failures to yield, all at Juliett Rd in Stone Mountain. Beware that intersection. And I guess Imma gonna toot the Airzound at distance as two peds were all over the MUP, and not listening... or listening to who knows what, in their ears....

Late on yesterday's update:
A major source of negative vibes on any (?) MUP are the extreme ends that exhibit in the vast majority of any ICE ops coming to an intersection/crosswalk: totally distracted by devices/ego, or narrowly focussed on resumption of speeding down the road. Results: Failure to scan their environment, bypassing stop bars, failure to yield, failure to stop, and threatening the lives of others. Four gasholes yesterday, not counting the one who was remorseful enough to reverse the car. The two worst were the construction dipstick Dooly, and the Bimbette with the prominate mono-theist symbol on her trunk.... If you "trust in god" (state issued, optional plate sticker) then why do you drive like satan?! A few red runners, all rolling through right turns, maniacally focussed on ego trips, instead of crosswalk inhabitants....

Three peds in electronics, or la la land. You gotta reconnect to nature, people. That drooling spit you call "music", talk radio, and "gotta take this call", are literally hurting us all. We're having close calls AFTER all courtesies (and horn) are being used. UN-PLUG, fools!

In between dodging killers in cages, and zombies in virtual isolation (electro/chemical cages?) the ride was supra sweet. Lotsa chipmunks and squirrels on the paths this time of year

It's hours past and I am still furious with these ELFIN' CAGERS!!!!!

Gashole Mayor of Clarkston's gangsters driving and parked on the MUP again

Then Southern Electric Corporation's HUMONGOUS trucks and overly fattened crew obstructing and destroying the path under them. I used to service poles by actually taking a ladder and CLIMBING it. Didn't need to screw people and the laws for my lazy fat beer belly.

Nearly got sideswiped and flattened by a right turning gastard who saw me enough to (just barely) swing around me, into the opposing lane, while I was in the crosswalk, but actually sped the fark up to make sure I was cut off!

Seemed to be the thing today to ignore warning blasts and sit yer arse dead across the path with yer FAT NEAR BUSLIKE, GAS GUZZLIN' ONE PERSON IN IT TANK.... RTFM, "ladies" and get off the MUP.... Then, again, maybe I should cut slack to someone who needs two trips in a mini van just to haul arse? NO!

Yeah, that kinda day where you wish the Supreme(ly inefficient) Court would consider retroactive abortions for these boxed psychopaths.

Still, I will channel The Atlanta Rythym Section for wisdom:

"Tomorrow I might go as far as suicide,
But I will not let it bother me tonight."

So, today I go west for a CHARM (Center for HArd to Recycle Materials) appointment. I'm still not getting this corporate/govt (corporate-govt?) doing as it pleases with the rules. Why is it the rest of us poor slobs gotta fight court and costs when we do something, and the 99 percent get exceptions.... Today MARTA has its trucks (and believe me, they crack the sidewalks and MUP) on the MUP and sidewalks....

Other extraordinary cagerisms? How about avoiding parking meters by PARKING IN THE BIKE LANE beside the empty parking space. Tally up four failures to yield, including the Volvo Gashole who REFUSED to stop at the crosswalk despite pre-crossing warnings toots and the full monty when not slowing down! Reminds me of an old joke (modified for these purposes): A bike (attempting to use the crosswalk) is approached by a car in the road. The driver yells, "I don't stop for no @SSHole in the crosswalk!" "Fortunately," says the cyclist, "I do!"

Saw two examples of E-bikes: One on the MUP was "assisting" a young lady who will (short of a cager taking me out) probably not live beyond MY days *shakes head ruefully*....
The second was on the street, next to the MUP. He was riding it like, and it sounded like, a frikkin moped! Had cranks and pedals.... Hey, here's a great idea: let's put faux bike equipment on our mopeds and speed everywhere!!!

Edit: Almost forgot the Bimbob in the Porsche. Pulled out in front of me without stopping, from a side road (but sufficiently in front not to cause a panic stop), goes to the opposite curb, almost stops. then does a 1/8 turn back into the street and towards me.... Yep... never looked up from the cell phone....

Off the bike, yesterday, taking care of honey-do's....

Today, did my regular run to Stone Mountain Village. Red runner, predictably, at Juliette Rd (Romeo, Romeo, where fore art thou, Romeo? Runnin' yor red light, woman!) Couple of failure to yields, but actually having a number of cars stopping even when they didn't have to See what happens when ya'll RELAX...?

But, just to make it weird... the Stone Mountain Police Department: Saw the first SUV near the highway on ramp and just thought they were speed trapping. Then the SUV roared up even with me and I thought, "wtf?" But he turns up a little 'I don't know where it goes' road and out of sight... okaaaaaaaay....

I make it to the end of the MUP/beginning of St. Mt. Village and, from across the road, an AA cop with an AR15/M16 comes running by me and toward the conveinence store. Normally I stop a minute, before turn around, and drink some water/refill the AirZound... NOT THIS TIME!!! Me and stray shots don't mix. I turned around and didn't stop till well out of LOS.... Guns, cars... no difference....

Edit: Forgot about the cyclist that galvanized my opinion on what I'll now call Strava Strafers: the roadies that use segments of the MUP to (artificially) lower their times by avoiding traffic lights, traffic, and waiting at crossings. This in a hurrier was somewhere on the road. NP.... I was setting up a safe, other lane, pass of two cyclists on the MUP. SS, whips it off the road (no signal given) and instead of slowing, forces me to quickly move to center to avoid a crash with him.... So we (the only four people on a mile stretch of MUP) wound up four across and nearly elbow to elbow for a careless fanatic....

We must really be in the zombie apocolypse, cause these maniacal cagers aint got no brains!!!

NINE failures to yield, including back to back bmw Richard Heads at Juliette Rd. Before that, a gastard half my age waits to make a LEFT turn by sitting totally across the MUP in his pickup truck. Then curses out the window, and over his 5 yr old, when told the stop bar was BEHIND him.... THAT'S AN A+ HOME SCHOOLIN' FIELD TRIP FOLKS!!! Let's hope the boy outlives the aggressive stupidity of his old man.... Actually the punk was around 30, and cursing a man twice his age.... In front of a child... totally embarassing himself.

Riding in a lucky light rainy morning. Only had issue with two gasrons sitting in the crossing.... Did stop a few more with the magic of AirZound!

They really don't pay attention....

A cager mess today: 4 intentional failures to yield including a county work truck forcing its way in front of me, through the crossing and saluting his choice! CovIQ-19 strikes again!!!

Roadie slowed to ask if I was ok. Nice of him

Discussed my dislike of the Clarkston mayor with a curious resident of the city....

Unholy merde, where to start?! Couldn't even get out of the apt complex w/o being passed (speeding) by a 20-something in a paper-tagged (new) BMW. I called out that the limit (we have no sidewalks, lotsa peds and kids) is 15mph (I do this easily on that flat stretch), eliciting higher speed and the finger.... Gentrification of my complex has brought trash instead of class
Liked it much better when everyone was a polite immigrant/refugee.

The second round of CovIQ-19 is definitely reinfectîng, and zapping the executive/compassion functions of cager brains.... I lost count at around a dozen failures to yield, including a young female, with her particular "state (ish)" flag on the mirror, ignoring warning horn to overrun the stop bar and sit in the crossing TO WAIT TO TURN LEFT! Bad little witch refused to correct... yeah, fly your flag proudly and $hit on others....

I wait at the major crossing till the walk light triggers. Takes me time (still cross lighted) to go past five of six lanes (blinking head light and two warning toots) and, DESPITE THEIR REQUIREMENT TO STOP AND YIELD, they keep rolling through, elephant arse to trunk, and getting mad when objected to! One woman, completely in the wrong, told me my (still) white crossing light was red!!! They do wrong, then lie so quickly, and stupidly about it.... Many of her co-criminals just happy to join in.... Failure to stop, yield, and obstructing traffic.... Wtf was in their cool-aid today?!

Then you got the city of Stone Mountain lazy-arsed gasrons parked across the MUP again! I went to the city hall to complain and was given the head Supervisor's card. Will email. Osho claimed we all talk in scripts and their workers used the same ol' lines: "to facilitate work" (but there's a parking lot behind you); "we've been doing this for 13 years." Now, imagine obstructing their traffic, for thirteen years, with unmoving objects for an hour plus each day.... Yeah, then they would be calling out the police....

More gastards dodged at crossings, trying to get home.

The milk of human kindness did not exist on the east side today....

Mixed bag today. I did 20 miles instead of 15 by including a recycle run to the west. I was slowing in a ped area, when the mom pulls her boy to the side to let me pass (really didn't have to). The boy looks at my pannier festooned Trek and exclaims, "MOMMY, THAT BIKE'S GOT PACKAGES!"

Back on the east side it was cager gasholes aplenty. 5 failures to yield, including the three stooges of Bobbitown with their pickup and enclosed trailer. Sam Dam-yee didn't react to warning horn, or the presence of humanity... even up close! These gastards I despise the most: they are so selfishly auto-involved, they turn their backs on humanity.... No peer pressure from Lerry and Dippin.... Course this is representative behaviour from the DooshBaggins clan....

Got a nice compliment on the Trek from a roadie

On way home, some yo-yo on a fat tire bike buzzed me inches away. Told him if he would let me know, I'd BE GLAD to move aside....

Past two days, more of the same: Cagers aren't getting any better. Witnessed two peds in a crosswalk almost get plowed by a distracted driver who was turning while on the phone. I spent some time consoling and destressing the two ladies.
Careless and couldn't care less in their distracted world... these ICE ops....

And, yes, waiting to turn, in the crosswalk, is illegal in GA. Certainly untapped revenue just waiting for the harvest....

Cagers keep caging.... The behavoirs are sore repeats, so I'm gonna start rating daily rides in Airzound horn expenditures:
1, or less, is a good ride with (usually) minor warning toots.
2 is indicative of excessive cager foolishness
2+ is over the top gasholism....

Today, 2+ *sigh*

Ghandi, warned us about the evils of demanding rights/respect without taking on the inherent responsibilities. Yet, the number of times the wanters, on the streets, are happy to oppress those they feel are weaker, is sadly astounding. Too, too many gas guzzlin' bullies shoving their way through crossings, violating you and the laws because might makes right when THEY are behind the wheel...

Clarkston city parked on the MUP again.... I will explore ADA violation filings against them....

A full AirZound load is 100psi (7 bars). 165 psi of needed warnings vs cagers today.... No problems with trail users....

Juliette Rd lead the shameful parade with sitting across the cross walk. That was on the way to Stone Mountain. On the way back, it was a dead red runner at the same intersection. I was more than ready to cross legally, but this one had to go across 6 lanes AFTER the red, and copped a huge attitude when I merely pointed up at the red light. Elsewhere, doesn't matter the sound and legality, cagers still HOLDING UP the phone and ignoring what's in front of them.

It still ain't the bikes, folks....

300 psi, 3 FULL BOTTLES, needed because of gasrons... and all from failures to yield....

Lucky to be here today. Metro Atlanta, going to flashing yellow turn arrows at major intersections WAS/IS A BAD IDEA! They forgot cager nature (or was catering to it). The light changes from green arrow to flashing yellow meaning TURN ONLY WHEN CLEAR AND SAFE TO DO SO.... They don't engage any executive function, they just keep rolling.... Among their other sins of traffic-ing.... So here's the lady's (if she has actually earned that respect) way of driving: Make a left hand turn while looking at and laughing at your girlfriend and not watching the lights (turn signal, crossing sign or brightly flashing cycle headlight) OR cyclists in the crosswalk. Never mind the long and loud horn till you've stopped one foot from the other human. Make sure that, after you have elicted a negative response from your nearly killing another being, that you argue for your right and their wrong....

For the second time, at this intesection, I have heard the lying accusation that my light was red.... What the... hmmmm.... I think I know now that these idjits are thinking that the COUNTDOWN numbers are the "red light" .... Merde.... They are almost too stupid to breathe....

It really is a hostile world out there... not always intentional... BUT, always distracted and marginalizing to our lives... be extra careful, friends, the cagers aren't

"Friend, either you're closing your eyes
To a situation you do not wish to acknowledge
Or you are not aware of the caliber of disaster indicated

Well, ya got trouble, my friend, right here
I say, trouble right here in River City."
It begins with a C, ends with an R, and A is for the gashole in between!

Welllll, today was better than yesterday: 6 failures to yield (one a policeman) and 3 dead red runners... one Strava Strafer.... Zero close calls. Maybe a karma balance from yesterday?

7 failures to yield and 3 red runners, 85 psi of horn used. A common theme is the phone to the ear as they unknowing/caringly pass feet away in the crossings.... What circle jerk politician came up with the trumpeted "no phone use" law anyway?! Total mega fail....

I was soooo ready to put a happy face up there.... All the way outbound, only one gasron partially in the crossing. Nearly all traffic timed for non interaction. Beautiful, warm day It starts with a "C" Clouds and birds in the sky ends with an "R" Waiting at an all stops crossing... And "A" is for the Gashole in between!

Did you know that stepping on the gas and not using the brake gets you through an intersection faster? Richard Turdly knew. Gastard never pretended to stop.... His bad witch sister tried to up the style points by slurping on a big gulp while ignoring the next crossing. Only to wait at a long light while the cyclist easily MUPped by her wicked arse....

All Clarkston, today: cagers bulldozing through intersections and the criminal govt of Clarkston abandonning their parked trucks on the MUP.... Their CEO, Robin Gomez, typifies what's at the center of our country's problems: sitting above, and refusing to answer to, the laws....

A few sitting in the crossing, and a couple of turns in front of me when they really should have waited, but no over the top threats.
