Single lever for two brakes. Requires careful adjustment to balance brake forces correctly between both wheels.

Or... it could be used on a gyro for a flatland bike. I know most of them have splitters on the cable (so standard brake cables can be used), but this would make the cable runs a little smoother.

also useful for making adaptive bikes for people with less strength in one hand allowing their strong hand to use both brakes, or someone with one arm too.

The brake lever is too short for that. An adaptive lever would be gripped with the whole hand- that lever might fit two fingers if they were skinny.
