Can anyone "Name this Bike?" ....Nameplate missing?

I purchased this today from a SPCA thrift shop for $80.
It has no name plate but looks like a solidly built bike?
I would like to see a original picture to restore it back to normal and need the name of it. Also is it a youth or a adult frame?
Thanks Leonard.
