I suggest all BMXr's go and look at the thread i posted in the NUTRITION and TRAINING section of this furom.....the excersize i talk about has REALLY helped me with my balance.....in everything, but espially with the one wheeled/one pegged trix, (manual, nose manual, g turn, ice pick, toothpick, etc)
