Should i buy a new bike?

I have a bike that doesn't have any pegs or anything. And it has the right frame to put on pegs, new pedals, etc.

i dont really know what the right decision is.
So should i buy a new bike or just keep this one********************?

Well I can't decide that for you but if you have enough money for a new bike and you think you should then yes. But if you think you should hang on to the bike for a while and keep it then no. That's all I can say.

upgrade as you break something. no need to spend cash to have the "cool" parts. unless a piece isn't just right like a stem or bars.
