Looking for sturdy heavy duty double walled rim

First this is not for a BMX bike but my recumbent but several folks directed me towards the BMX riders. My current rim cracked on me yesterday and I am looking for a study heavy duty 20" rim. I won't be jumping with that bike but most of my weight ( I am a tall heavy dude) plus the weight of the panniers is on the back wheel. And with the cracks and potholes this wheel has to take some beating.
What I like to get:
- Double walled
- 36 holes. I am fixed on that since I need to reuse my hub
- Tire size 20" x 1.75
I was thinking about the 20" Odyssey Hazard Light. This rim seems to get some good reviews. I don't mind spending a bit more since this is my commuter bike. Any advice?
Not driving a stick but riding one.
