I know next to nothing about BMX, but this caught my eye. The top tube extending past the seatpost with the logo seems unique. Anyone know what it is ?

Looks to be a 2003 Giant Modem

kickstand plate is a giveaway that this is a "kids bike" and not a worthwhile BMX bike. it most likely weights a ton and is weak in spite of its weight.
