Snowboarding can be fun...

Ex how is the winter there in Australia?

Jerry Garcia 08-21-05 07:46 PM

Not very harsh at all. They only get winter in the upper highlands if im not mistaken. The snow isnt all that deep either. At the slopes here in Tahoe all the college students from australia come here on their summer(which is out winter) break for real skiing/boarding.

The lowest recorded temp INSIDE my house was 6 or 7 degrees. It's a 1920s Art Deco, hardwood floors throughout, no heater, no insulation. Yeah, winter's great. Not!
