okay i can get the bike around just less than 360 just using my arms, i was just wondering, do you also kick the bike around? it looks like some of the guys on the Xgames do that, if you want to know why i'm asking. please let me know what i'm doing wrong. thanks. God Bless. J

i use my arms. but i was riding around the courses at the dew tour and most of the guys i saw used there back foot to kick it around. they put there foot in the seat stay and just booted around.
