Dream bikes. Use your imagination.

Here's the thread you've all been waiting for. With your imagination and some real world physics. What would you build into a bike, bmx or otherwise if you could.

Since I get busted on for the supension thing, I wont get into that. Another guy got harped on for wanting disk brakes ona BMX bike. Even though it's unessesary, I think it has a cool factor.

So here's my dream bike. A light 22" BMX bike with 2 inch travel stiff suspension with disc brakes, and rear hub with 5 speed internal gears, shaft drive. Carbon fiber frame, bar seat post etc. 1.5in tires. Oh, an cool stickers too, so the kids don't think it sucks.

Here's the shaft drive.

What's yours?

*Frame would be an Odyssey prototype, with 9 butted 41 thermal seamles air hardened 4130 chromo(if thats possible). With seatstay brake mounts, mid BB, internal headtube, and small drop outs. Odyssye butted race fork, Odyssey bars, Odyssey 41 thermal cranks, Proper Magnati hubs(rear hub has a TI 8T driver). Knight titanium bolts on anything and everything, Mosh seat, Odyssey Jim C pedals(sealed), double buted spokes on grind side front and rear and TI spokes non drive, Odyssey prototype titanium gyro, Redneck XLT stem in blue, ummmm...and I can't think of anything else.

*No order

He's a thinker! Add that helium to my Odyssey frame, and note that every part on my list is 41 thermal, and/or 9 butted.

odyssey will never make frames, and the mixed spokes would make a crappy wheel

I'll have a titanium frame built one day, just because. It will take a lot of design work to get the frame strong in all the right places. I'll get cranks and bars to match. For color, I'll get some custom hubs made. 14mm hollow axles, Alpine 3 spokes. It's hard to dream, when all it takes is some imagination and cash.

why do you want an odyssey frame? they have no experience with frames. Is it the 41 thermal strong/light thing that appeals to you? if so, just buy a light frame , because you will have lotto cash to replace it

YOu gotta represent ODYSSEY!!! Just kidding. Yeah, i'd probably get the LAF, and just give a million to every good bike company just because they've brought me so much joy in life...*wipes away tears*

Then i'd give atleast another million to Steve Crandall(+pluss the million to FBM)just to see what he would do with it, he'd probably buy the worlds biggest beer can or something crazy like that.
