1-piece cranks

I was wondering if anyone knows how to put a 1-piece crank into the frame, becuz my friend was trying to fix it and then we could get it back in..we forgot which way the bearings went in and stuff...they are not sealed so i dunno

Might be a good idea to clean and grease the bearings. You'll probably need a spanner to properly adjust them, too.
