What type of climate are you in? We dont have a lot of dirt jumps around here because its so dry. You can also try slices of carpet on the top of your jumps and more water.

Flathead shovel and Tampers work.

Red dirt packes better then brown dirt. Seems like the darker brown it is, the easier it crumbles. My jumps don't pack well at all. I have to constantly dress them up. They get soaked when it rains, packed well, but my dirt is loamy and soft. Great for motocross, bad for BMX. :)

Try watering with a hose them right before you ride to the point of them being just wet enough that there somewhat packed, but not wet enough that you will slip out and eat dirt.

If your house is close to them, try watering them with your hose, or a neighbors, just enough that they are wet, but will stay together, also try working on them right after it rains, when you cant ride, so they get packed while wet, and dry how you want them, also try packing with a tamper, or flatheadshovel (if you dont allready)

No problem.

Just make sure you dont over water them leaving soft spots. becuase then you will hurt yourself.
