Taking my cranks off
im swapping over my sprocket on my bike and i can't take the cranks off. Ive taken off the bolt but they just dont come off. any suggestions?

What type of crank do you have, you might need one of these: http://flatlandfuel.com/category.htm...49786%7C889269
It should help you remove your sealed bearing profile premeium or ares 88 type cranks.(Please excuse the spelling) |
my cranks came off my fit complete and they are like the profiles (tubular and no pinch bolt) but they tighten with an allen key bolt not a socket. I think i will have to get a crank remover

You may need a crank puller, if the cranks are similar to Profiles...
Take your bike to a bike shop, unless you have a crank puller, or a freind that knows what they are doing. |
