Upgrades

(mainly) Street bike:
Sunday frame with tabs
Profile titanium crank spindles
Profile titanium *****in' bolts
Mutiny 19mm mid BB
Odyssey JC magnesium sealed pedals
Odyssey Midway rim (rear) chrome
Profile silver 14mm chromoly SS Cassette, 9T chromoly driver
14 ga. stainless spokes, black, with black brass nipples
Odyssey 25T Vermont sprocket
Shadow 1/2 link chain

(mainly)Trail bike:
-replace Mongoose Wal-Mart frame with '05 Redline Mega XL w/ Odyssey euro sealed
-replace slotted 3/8-14mm rear wheel axle w/ solid 14mm axle
-Odyssey chain tensioners
-replace headset freestyle Aheadset with FSA sealed Pig
-replace Welgo B-25 pedals with DK Iron Cross aluminum sealed
-replace imitation 175mm Poverty 3-pc Forged cranks (HEAVY)
w/ Odyssey chromoly spindle & 180mm Profile arms

Lightening up the street and beefing up the trail bike. $$$

I'd personally get a Shadow Rant to a Sun Big City, 48 spokes, all black. The profile should be pretty good though.

Pretty good... I'm sure the profile is probably better than the rant. Although I do want the Shadow, but mainly because I can't afford a Profile. Why Sun Big City? Gotta go with Odyssey rims, or the ribcage... maybe the new Primo's.

The internal design that the Rant uses is more strong, and also loud, than the other current designs as far as I know. I wouldn't mind an Odyssey Hazard.. if I was buying a wheel I wouldn't go with light stuff, 27-30lb for a total bike is good IMO. The Ribcage looks good, but I heard it can be hard to get tires on, and it's pretty expensive.
