if i buy a frame with welded gyro tabs and requires an integraded headset, and i dont want a gyro. Would the integraded haeadset work with just a stem and no gyro? i dont know what to do because i dont want to get something that wont fit. so if u know alot about bikes, reply to this thread.

Exactly! The first concern should always be carbon fiber headset spacers anyway. If the bike doesn't come with them, don't buy the bike.
