Good bike stems...

i was wondering what a good bike stem is, i am looking for something light and durable.. i ride a 01 Haro Backtrail x1

i would go with a solid, if you get find one. or a animal jump off, profile h.i.p, redneck lite, something like that.

What length do you like? (they range from 47-55mm)
What bar height do you prefer (front loaders are obviously lower than top loaders)


I recently picked up an animal top loader, simply because it was the only short top loader the LBS had.
Looks pretty good. I think its around 13oz.. I was dissapointed when I found out it wasn't metric though.

SOLID STEM fosho. but they are kinda hard to find right now. the new solid stems should be coming out in about a month though. but if ya cant find one now or dont want to wait, get a redneck XLT.
