that shadow sticker looks ace

eightdip 02-01-07 02:48 PM

i like the fact you used ace. i might just have to incorporate that into my vocabulary

wethepeople 02-01-07 03:02 PM

I've been saying it for a while.

FitRider 921 02-01-07 04:11 PM

I might have to start using "ace" too... it's just cool.

MadMan2k 02-01-07 05:22 PM

This guy Nick I know always uses it. He posted here like... twice, though.

He used to ride. He recently took up rollerblading and doesn't ride much at all anymore. He's got a decent bike too... Fly Mosca frame, S&M mediums, Primo grips, the Shadow wheel i'm running and a Shadow seat along with some DK Chop stick cranks and Primo pedals...

He used to be good too.

Anywho. Yeah that sticker is pretty tight. I wish i had more to cover my whole tt.

premiumbmx2005 02-01-07 05:54 PM

that would look ugly (covering the whole tt)

FitRider 921 02-01-07 05:55 PM

I'd probably buy that wheel off him if it was in decent condition and he would be willing to sell it.

wethepeople 02-01-07 05:57 PM

To hell with the wheel, I want the frame.

FitRider 921 02-01-07 05:58 PM

Yeah, I wouldn't mind the frame either...

Meh. I think it would look cool.

And you all don't want the frame. It's got a terrible paint job, and it's the old Mosca not the new one. Plus he wont sell any of his parts. I've allready tried to buy the wheel off him cause i like the green hub/nipples better.

mude 02-01-07 07:54 PM

i think it would look ghey as well

FitRider 921 02-01-07 08:18 PM

I don't care about the paintjob, nor about it being the old one, I would still buy it if it was 20.2.

wethepeople 02-02-07 02:10 AM

Rewelded the back and gave it some new paint, this is going to replace the Hoffman till I break it again.

FitRider 921 02-02-07 01:30 PM

That looks pretty nice. Good job.

wompwomp 02-02-07 01:58 PM

What cracked on the general that you had to reweld?
(I guess that means "good job," too)

wethepeople 02-02-07 06:05 PM

Bottom bracket/chainstay junction.

Dang. Sounds like you don't have the full 4130 frame...

FitRider 921 02-02-07 10:26 PM

I would assume not.

wethepeople 02-03-07 12:35 AM

Nah, only a mainframe. Oh well, it's a spare bike.

FitRider 921 02-03-07 11:50 AM

The sad thing is that your spare bike is better than my main bike.

wethepeople 02-04-07 03:34 AM

Wont be riding it anytime soon though.

I'm now temporarly crippled, hittin' up the hospital either tommorow or monday :(.

Lost another one.
What happend?

FitRider 921 02-04-07 10:58 AM

Yeah, what happened? It probably can't be that bad since you are going like the day after. Poor WTP.

wethepeople 02-04-07 02:18 PM

Fell off of a quarter pipe after hitting ice on the deck of it.

Felt a rib pop and I still cant move my grapefruit sized albow.

FitRider 921 02-04-07 02:49 PM

Ouch. Sorry my man. Feel better.
