When I broke my hand and wrist earlier on in the year I lost a lot of muscle mass in my right arm, and it's still not quite 100%, more around 95% or so of how it originally was. In other news, I didn't feel like adjusting the rear derailleur on my commuter today, so I took the tallbike on my 9km commute today and had lots of people wonder wtf it was.
