noob with ?'s

i got an old bike and i want to make it better by putting a stronger wheelset on it, and maybe some pegs 2. the frame is waaaaaaay strong enough to hold up to drops and junk...but i need some good bars with good clamps. wat's a good set for around $100?

Here are the wheel set on Albe's Fit was talking about. For bars i would agree the Sunday Bars, look really nice but also go to your lbs and see what feels good.

I haven't rode for over 8 months. I enjoy coming here and sharing my wealth and contributing to the BMX scene that I am so proudly a part of.
