No it dosen't. The only thing you have to wait for in our healthcare system are things like MRI's and transplants. As far as drugs go you can pick then up within' 10 minutes of getting your perscription if there is a pharmacy close enough. It's nice to not have to fork out hundreds, and thousands of dollars everytime I get sick or hurt.
