Ride it like it is. No reason for you're bike to be super light.

well i kinda screwed up that post and realized i did afterwards, i forgot to put in the main reason for posting the rims i like to jump of huge things, parking structures, roofs, and so on....and thats why i love that bike, the frame is crazy strong but my wheels suck i was wondering what kind of wheels i should get that are strong and not toooooooooo heavy!!

If you have $$$$ to spend you have lots of options; G-sport Ribcage laced to a G-sport Homer front hub 48hole.

Back wheel would be similar, but I don't know of a bombproof rear hub.

I had a Haro X3, it was on '02 as well. First thing i got new was tires and grips. Because i didn't like either of the stock ones.

Most of that bike is pretty strong and will last you awhile. Just replace stuff as it breaks and ride what you've got.

www.empirebmx.com or www.albes.com or www.staff-bmx.com

I would go with empire, though.

just get a hazard hub laced to a midway rim. hazard hubs are pretty tough and midways are really stong and still reasonalbly price and not overly heavy.

If you are really from SoCal like your username states then look up Solid bikes when you are tryin' to get new parts

www.Solidbmx.com

They are also from Socal and make sike* frames and stuff.

* EDIT: I meant sick.
