Bike on plane?
Has anyone ever taken their bike on a plane? I'm flying to Maryland soon and I want to take it but I'm not driving. I was thinking of taking it apart and putting it in a suitcase and then taking all my clothes in a carry on bag or I suppose I could ship it. The problem with that is my mom doesn't have any tools so I would have to have mude come over and help me put it together

This is a good excuse to buy yourself some tools. Go for the suitcase route, that'd be easiest.

check with the airline...they have the baggage requirements & restrictions (usually online).

yea i would deffinatly check but ive seen people basically flying there bikes hole just maybe witout like the front wheel handlebars and maybe without the back wheele

i'd by rhe bag.
and if it has any logos on it remove them so the plane people dont know its a bike otherwise they might give you a hassle, also some places try and charge you extra for a bike (hence the reason you remove the logos from the bag)
