Well, if it makes you feel any better I still don't have enough wood to build the deck of my quarter pipe so I have to ride it without one.

Mmm fun.

Speaking of quarters, i'm going to try my luck at building another dirt quarter at our trails. Except it's going to be at the end of the mainline this time, not in the middle haha. I'm thinking like 4-5 feet tall, i'll put up some pictures.

We had one at our trails built into a part of a hill, it was 9 feet wide and just about 7 feet high, it was pretty sweet but the run up sucked. We were constantly trying to fix it but it just never worked out.

Well, the only good thing I can say is--at least you have more time to keep an eye on the new people.

What a drag.

Thanks. I'll be looking forward to it. I want to ride my bike. I have 3 baseball games to umpire in a row tomorrow- that's going to suck.

We had one in the 3rd jump of a line. It was in a stupid place, but it was a good quarter.

I plan on building this one at the END of the line this time, and digging all the dirt from one hole so that it can hopefully fill with water so i can water the quarter every once in awhile.

Yep, $35 per game (for a total of $105), eight hours on a baseball field, and the worst sunburn of my life.

Oh, you should talk to cuda2k about the sun thing. He's going in for more surgery and he's not a lot older than most of you. He would be the first to tell you about making certain you've got sunscreen. Of course, he does live in Texas...

He's already had a run in with skin cancer--and he's only 26 (?).

So I'm going to be very careful to allow the tissue to heal as much as possible before putting any major strain on the skin in those areas. Of the spots that need immediate attention, one is on the back of my calf, the other is on my temple. I have 2 other on my scalp, one on my left arm, another on my calf, and on my lower quad above the knee that they recommend having a larger removal done on due to my history.
There's a few other threads, mostly in Foo, about his history with the melanomas. As you guys would say, "It sucks".

Yeah, I bet his are pretty bad due to his environemnt (Texas). My face is purple, and it's the cutout of where I had the mask, so it looks ridiculous.
