If i were you i would get a dirt monster for the front instead of two V's. But it's your bike. I'm just going to be the one that watches you wash out pedaling at the trails.

And laugh when he washes out when pedaling.

Speaking of cables, I need to get one because my dad messed up cutting it, and then cut it more, and now it doesn't even reach. Doh. One step closer to brakeless.

FitRider 921 04-24-07 06:45 PM

:roflmao:

mude 04-24-07 06:49 PM

im sure he feels like a huge idiot, especially because my grips are epoxyed on so in order to run new bars, i'd have to run new grips.

FitRider 921 04-24-07 06:59 PM

Why don't you just get Edwins or something with a better reputation?

mude 04-24-07 07:11 PM

because i love my primos?

FitRider 921 04-24-07 08:35 PM

Okay?

FuzzyRyder 04-24-07 09:32 PM

Edwin grips are ****, and so are v-monster tires. Longnecks, and Ody / Rueben tires all the way...Animals are up there too.

why don't you go brakeless

eightdip 04-25-07 08:52 AM

V monster tires are great! They don't have a high pressure rating but mine run fine on 80 PSI. They grip really well and don't wear too quickly. That was in response to fuzzy by the way, couldn't be bothered quoting

I'm getting either Edwins or Rubens next. Probly Edwins though.

FuzzyRyder 04-25-07 11:57 AM

Edwins wear out in like 4 days, and v - monsters have no grip at all, a **** psi rating, and tear off the bead easyly. My of my buddies took his v - monster tire and cut the tread off a made it into a belt. Probably the only thing a v - mosnter tire is good for.

I want to, but I'm just coming off a broken leg, so I don't think my parents would like that very much...

They have plenty of grip. They even work for dirt. Yeah the PSI rating isn't good but they have lasted me about 7 months

cwt341 04-25-07 03:05 PM

I found them to be slippery as hell. Not really a great tire. There is alot better tires out there.

If you still need codes to use for dans....

CAH175BK

save $10 up to 199.99 purchase
save $20 up to 249.99 purchase
save $30 on anything over $250.00

sprintcarblue 04-25-07 05:34 PM

just be a resonable man, and get ODI longnecks. They are by far the most comfortable, longest lasting grips myself or anyone I know has ridden.
