Anybody remember Homeless bikes?

...if so, I've got a 'Homeless "The Mack" James Shepherd Pro model' that is in excellent shape. It was over $400 in the early nineties, I still run it around the block once in a while and used it for short trips from the bus to wherever. I just got my Trek road bike and have considered selling it. Is it worth anything?

I know it's a relatively rare bike, not sure if that will help or hurt. It's built like a tank to be sure. I don't think I could bring myself to part with it if it's only going to get me $100 or so (it's worth more than that in sentimental value). Just wondering

EDIT Uh, hope I'm not bending breaking any rules here, not trying to sell it over the forum. I just have no idea what to ask for it when I do go to sell it. Remove/edit as necessary. Thanks.

PICS ARE HERE...

To the right people it's worth a bit. Go check out the Mid-School section at vintagebmx.com.
Also - you're in Austin (Texas, I assume). Ride it over to Empire BMX, you'll get people there drooling over it I bet.

Pretty sure thay had their own factory, but not 100%. I know the frames were made in Texas and it burned down, ending the brand. Bought mine at Trenz way back when.

I'll try and get some decent pics up tomorrow or soon after. I need to get a new charger for my camera
batteries.

Dude -- ! I'm interested.
I just found this thread, so I don't know if you still have the bike (looks like a full year of posts on it?) but if you are still looking to sell, hit me up. I used to ride one back in the early 90's, and it was in the trunk of my car when it got stolen (the car) in Detroit years ago. I still miss that thing.

Just sent you a PM -- you can catch me at motorcity_69@yahoo.com

Thanks!!!!

Sorry, bike is long gone. It's stayed in its hometown and hopefully being ridden hard.
