bottom bracket

is it possible to convert from one piece to three piece bottom bracket. and if so how easy is it to do.

Yes, you can convert.
What size bottom bracket do you have?
American?
You may need to change to new cups and bearings, but that should be the hardest part.

What kind of bike do you have?

you can only fit a one piece into an american bottom bracket. that is actually why bmx bottom brackets previously were always american-because of one piece cranks. Now that three piece cranks are pretty much standard they have smaller more traditional bottom brackets.

the bb is on an ainceint mongoose villain, AND i dont realy know what an american bb is, i cud measure it tho. thanks for the help.
