barspin

Ive been practicing my barspin for atleast 3 weeks now and the only thing i seem to be having a problem with is pinching my seat. I already angled it like I see every other rider do but still cant pinch it. Am I suppose to use my knees or my calfs to pinch it cause the only part of my leg that is able to pinch the seat are my calfs but when i so that i feel like im to high up.

Raise your seat silly. But i don't think you really need to have it that high or even pinch.

Adjust your seat to where you can pinch it.

I'm too tall to pinch my seat. I'd have to have like 4+ inches of post showing in order to do it so I'm just throwing my bike everytime
