Does my bike have 10mm or 14mm Axles?

I have a old school Kastan Pro, one of the very first designs from Kastan (IIRC) that I bought new back in 1993 time frame.

I haven't ridden my BMX since 1996 but I'm trying to get back into it however I bent the hell out of my old rims I had of an Elf bike. They are 20x1.5 wheels...

I'm looking at Complete wheels on Ebay to buy to replace them. My question is do I need 10mm or 14mm Axles? I know that when I take the wheel off the two nuts to take them off in the front or rear need a 14mm socket to take off. This is where I'm confused Any help is appreciated!!!

Also, any suggestions for wheels/hubs is appreciated!

The Wrench size has nothing to do with it, measure the end of the axle where the nut goes on, probably 10mm, i think 14mm were on 48 spoke freestlye type wheels.

If a 14mm wrench will fit on the nut then it is 14mm across the flats and the axel would have to be 10mm to provide 2mm thickness for the nut.
