Need advice for a great BMX racing instruction video

Hi Everybody,

I'm 41 and am getting back into BMX racing for the first time since 1985. I will be racing cruisers now. I used to race 20". I am looking for a great instruction video(s) that show techniques for racing on BMX tracks. I have forgotten everything I ever knew those many years ago. Gate starts, cornering, jump techniques, passing techniques... Can anyone give an OM some advice? Thank you for your efforts.

The Transit "How to Race" DVD is a good video for beginners. Also RM59 Race How-to DVD. The Transit one to me would be more promising.
